Some people sure do think so.
If you own any of Google's Pixel phones, you might have heard about a new movement to disable the Digital Wellbeing feature. As neat as it is to try and curb phone addiction, a lot of people have been reporting that turning it off helps to boost performance across the board.
We've already created a step-by-step guide showing you exactly how to turn Digital Wellbeing off if you want to give it a shot, but now we want to know how many of you have actually gone and done that.
Here's how the AC forum community has responded so far.

It's also even smoother .. Also my battery seems to be more stable now.. I would like to know if anyone has done this and if they have, what type of benefits have they achieved.

I dont have any battery issues but im a low-medium user so its possible my usability is low...my battery could go two days. I honestly saw no benefits of using DWB, if anything its a processor hog for the benefit of Googles benefit to beta test or learn about use behaviors. Meh, disable it and be happy you did.
