One UI could end up being something special.
Yesterday's Samsung Developer Conference was chock-full of big announcements, one of which was a first look at Samsung's new custom interface for Android. It's called One UI, and it'll officially be available this coming January with a beta kicking things off later in the month.
One UI aims to make Samsung's interface simpler, easier-to-use, and more visually appealing.
Here's what the Android Central forum community has to say about it so far.

I still set up Nova and I might change over to it at times, but it's not needed. I'm liking what they are doing with One UI as well. Samsung seems to be listening to consumers and developers.
